BTY – GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the BTY Golden Ticket Giveaway.
By placing an order during the qualifying period, you agree to these rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Entry is automatic upon making a qualifying purchase during the giveaway period.
1.2. Only paying customers are entered. No free entries are available.
1.3. Customers must be 18+ and reside in the UK, unless otherwise stated.
1.4. BTY employees, affiliates, and anyone directly involved in the promotion are not eligible.

2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1. Customers who place an order from 12pm on Friday (or from 8am for Exclusive Members) are automatically entered.
2.2. One order = one entry. Multiple purchases count as multiple entries.
2.3. Orders must be fully completed and successfully processed to qualify.
2.4. Cancelled or refunded orders will be removed from the draw.

3. PRIZE DETAILS
3.1. One winner will receive 52 bundles, described as “a year’s hair supply.”
3.2. The prize is delivered as one bundle per week for 52 consecutive weeks.
3.3. Bundles are subject to availability each week.
3.4. If a specific texture/length is unavailable, BTY will provide the closest available alternative.
3.5. Bundles cannot be accumulated, saved, rolled over, or exchanged for cash or credit.
3.6. Bundles must be claimed weekly in the manner instructed by BTY (e.g., email confirmation, form submission, or automatic dispatch—whichever method you choose to set).

4. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
4.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be announced on Monday 1st December 2025 via BTY’s official Instagram.
4.3. The winner will also be contacted directly using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
4.4. The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If not, BTY reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
5.1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative products.
5.2. BTY may request proof of purchase or identity to validate the winner.
5.3. BTY reserves the right to replace any weekly bundle with an alternative product of equal or greater value if availability changes.

6. USE OF WINNER’S INFORMATION
6.1. By entering the giveaway, participants agree that BTY may use the winner’s name, social media handle, and photo/video content for promotional purposes unless the winner opts out in writing.
6.2. BTY will comply with GDPR and will not share personal data with third parties.

7. FAIR USE & DISQUALIFICATION
7.1. Entries generated by bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity will be disqualified.
7.2. BTY reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries that break these terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. BTY is not responsible for delays, courier issues, or missed weekly deliveries outside of our control.
8.2. BTY accepts no liability for technical issues affecting entry, such as payment errors or website outages.

How to get to us?
We are situated just off of Brick Lane in East London and luckily sandwiched between many train stations, including; Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel Stations, making us highly accessible.
BTY Hair
What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is 100% human hair that is completely unprocessed and chemical-free, ensuring the highest quality and natural appearance. Our hair is sourced in Vietnam.
How long does BTY hair last?
As 100% Human hair, our hair needs to be treated as you would your own hair, with regular washing, treatments, and minimal product use. The bundles should last between 2-3 years.
What is PerfectBlend HD lace?
Our PerfectBlend HD frontals are good quality hair on the latest HD lace. Thin and durable enough to provide a natural seamless hairline for 6-12 months.
Can I dye BTY hair?
Our hair products can be bleached and/or tinted. It's important to treat the hair as you would your own, with proper treatment and care to maintain its quality after colouring.
Is the Blonde Collection Virgin hair?
In order to get blonde hair we have to bleach our virgin bundles to #613 Platinum Blonde which is a chemical process. Whilst we maintain a high standard of quality, blonde hair will be more fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of Argan Oil and Washed Weekly with some Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner.
Hair Purchasing
How long will it take to receive my hair?
We offer next day delivery and same day collection (London) on all in stock items.
Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons it is not possible to return any opened hair orders. If there are any defects, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will replace your order immediately. Following UK selling laws customers have the right to return an unopened/unused item within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If I have an appointment book can I reserve hair?
You will need to purchase the hair on our website here and use the salon as your delivery address. Your hair order will be waiting for you at the salon.
