How to get to us?

We are situated just off of Brick Lane in East London and luckily sandwiched between many train stations, including; Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel Stations, making us highly accessible.

Can I refund my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled then a refund will be issued.

What to do if I am late?

Please be on time for your appointment, if you are running late then please call to inform us. We will allow a 15 minute grace period, after this we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointments are very important to us here at Destination BTY. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

Beauty Appointments

Nail Appointment Prep

If you have acrylic or polish from a previous set still on your nails then please message us prior to your appointment so that we can book you in for a removal to be done on the day. We may not be able to infill another nail technician's work, in this case you will need to book in for a removal then a full set.

Lash Appointment Prep

Please attend with a make-up free eye area (no mascara, no foundation). A free lash bath will be done at the beginning of your appointment to clean and refresh your lashes. This will get rid of any residue from a previous lash set.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are not essential for eyelash extensions for clients who have had lashes done in the past three months but can be done upon request. Patch tests need to be scheduled at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to book a patch test we will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

Infill Etiquette

Please book infills for within 21 days of your initial full set. You will need to have 40% of lashes for us to be able to infill. If you are unsure, please send us a picture of your lashes on WhatsApp to confirm. If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of your lashes then you will be charged for a full set. We may not be able to infill another lash technicians work, in this case you will need to book in for a removal then a full set.

How old do you have to be to get dermal fillers?

By UK law you have to be 18+ for any of our dermal filler services.

What should I book?

Confused about where you want filler or how many ml you might need contact us on our whatsapp number or come in for a consultation.The placement and amount of product you need varies depending on your starting point and what your desired result is.

Does it hurt?

A numbing agent will be used for 10 minutes prior to any procedure to help minimise any discomfort. 

How long does it take to heal?

Please allow up to 14 days for swelling or bruising to go down, for rhinoplasty please allow 21 days for all swelling and bruising to go down. You must be patient with your healing.

Hair Appointments

How should I arrive at my appointment?

Unless you have booked in a wash and braid appointment please arrive at your appointment with freshly washed and braided hair.

Is hair provided with the service?

No. You can either bring hair you have purchased independently or purchase hair from us here.

Do I need to drop off my hair?

All hair must be brought to the appointment, either freshly bought or thoroughly washed and dried. If you have yet to purchase hair for your appointment we recommend purchasing hair from us here.

What hair is needed for my appointment?

For a custom lace frontal wig you will need to provide three bundles and a lace frontal. For leave outs you will need to provide 3 bundles. For ponytails 1-2 bundles is recommended, this will be the same for our frontal ponytail service but you will also require a lace frontal. 

Why is the hair I use so important?

In order to get the best results good quality hair is needed. Especially for lace frontal wigs, we will need a good lace to work with! Please avoid these types of lace: dense hairlines, green/grey/ or accidentally dyed lace, textured lace (hard lace) e.g lace that does not stretch or that is not soft. It is also vital you provide a lace colour that is complementary to your skin tone.

BTY Hair

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is 100% human hair that is completely unprocessed and chemical-free, ensuring the highest quality and natural appearance. Our hair is sourced in Vietnam. 

How long does BTY hair last?

As 100% Human hair, our hair needs to be treated as you would your own hair, with regular washing, treatments, and minimal product use. The bundles should last between 2-3 years.

What is PerfectBlend HD lace?

Our PerfectBlend HD frontals are good quality hair on the latest HD lace. Thin and durable enough to provide a natural seamless hairline for 6-12 months.

Can I dye BTY hair?

Our hair products can be bleached and/or tinted. It's important to treat the hair as you would your own, with proper treatment and care to maintain its quality after colouring.

Is the Blonde Collection Virgin hair?

In order to get blonde hair we have to bleach our virgin bundles to #613 Platinum Blonde which is a chemical process. Whilst we maintain a high standard of quality, blonde hair will be more fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of Argan Oil and Washed Weekly with some Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner.

Hair Purchasing

How long will it take to receive my hair?

We offer next day delivery and same day collection (London) on all in stock items.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons it is not possible to return any opened hair orders. If there are any defects, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will replace your order immediately. Following UK selling laws customers have the right to return an unopened/unused item within 14 days of receipt of the item.

If I have an appointment book can I reserve hair?

You will need to purchase the hair on our website here and use the salon as your delivery address. Your hair order will be waiting for you at the salon.
